I can't make a call:

1. Remove the battery from the phone – wait 5 seconds, reinsert the battery and turn on the phone. The main screen should showing Roaming with a network name above that. If the main screen shows Emergency Only (S.O.S) only above the Roaming then you need to skip to (3.)
2. Send SMS to check BALANCE - Create a new message, in the body of the message type "Balance" send to "1966" – the system will respond 2-5 seconds with account balance. This is a free service. If the balance is above 5, balance is not the issue and skip to (4.)
3. Manually change network. If the main screen is showing "Emergency Only/S.O.S" Change the network you are using manually. On Motorola it will be Settings> Network> Available Networks.
4. Dial *182*0013052493121# press Send and wait 2-5 seconds for the callback – after callback is received the system will connect you to the dialed party. In this case CelTrek office, if the call is completed fine then proceed to dial *182*00+country code + area code+ phone number# Send of the person you wish to dial. If the phone displays call barred and NO callback is received skip to (6.)
5. If dialing with short code *182*00+country code + area code+ phone number# works , you may try to dial directly 00+country code+area code+phone number however if callback is not received - it may be necessary with your phone to dial always using the short code.
6. If all above actions have failed and you cannot dial *182*0013052493121# and receive a callback then there must be a SIM <> PHONE incompatibility. At this point we would ask you to remove the SIM card and test in another unlocked mobile phone as it must be a physical issue of communication between the phone and SIM card.

Make sure you have a good signal. If you do not have a full signal, the line may be at fault. Please hang up and redial the number. If the problem continues to occur, you can change network from your phone's menu by doing the following. -Go to your phone's Menu -Find the "Network" tab in your menu and click this option. In Motorola phones this option is under the "Settings" heading. - Locate "Available Networks" and click the tab. - A list of available roaming partners in your area will load. Please select a different network than the one on which you were formally roaming and try placing a call again.

Always dial the full international number, even if you are calling a local number. You can either dial 00 or the + they are interchangeable. Simply dial 00 + country code + area code + phone number. Then press "send" & await the callback.

Make sure your SIM was activated. To manually activate, go to the phone's main menu, select the 'Global Roaming Inc' icon (It may be located under 'Office Tools') and select 'Activate - On'.

Some phones require you to make calls using the phone menu. If this applies to you, please go to 'Menu' > 'Global Roaming Inc' and select 'Call to' and 'send/OK'. You will now be disconnected and your phone will display: 'Please wait'. Wait until you are called back (this takes between 2 and 5 seconds) and answer as usual. Your call will now be connected.
